1. Mahmoud Arafa, PMP, MCPM

Specialty: Project Management, Human Resources and Performance Management.
Mahmoud Arafa has been the computer industry since 1982. He worked in several multinational IT vendors, mainly IBM and NCR, in Kuwait, Oman and UAE. His main roles were managing different projects in financial and governmental institutions. In 1996, he joint the National Bank of Abu Dhabi as a Technical Project Manager for about 4 years, and then returned back to NCR in March 1999 as Middle East and Africa sales manager for NCR to manage Retail Account Processing solutions. In 2001, Mahmoud established Techno Management, a specialized consultancy house for Management Consultancy based in Egypt with distributors all over the Arabian Gulf area to deliver the different Management Consultation services. Since that time, Techno Management has successfully delivered different management consultation services in the area of Organizational Planning, Balance Scorecards, Human Resources and Project Management.
2. Aisha Qorraa

Human Resources and Performance Management.
Mrs. Aisha is a Human Resource Management & Consultant professional with over 30 years of comprehensive experience in implementing, facilitating and training of management in leadership skills. Innovative in various fields of staff training methods, employee benefits programs, strategies and objectives, and improving an organization’s overall structure. Constantly updating organization’s regulatory issues and requirements while elevating managerial and employee track record programs including management identification and succession plans. Solid reputation in communicating with all levels of divisions from ground employees to managerial heads and senior level executives. Successfully restructuring inefficiencies in various areas of an organization with an uncompromising regard for employee retention and organization’s overall bottom line. Proven skills in developing management-employee dialogue while counseling and assisting line managers in updating progressive discipline policies and understanding the impact of company culture. 3. Fatma Moubarak, GPHR

Mrs. Fatma is a Human Resource Management & Consultant professional. She participating in the design and development of various HR activities including job profiling, performance appraisal systems, compensation policies, job analysis and descriptions, recruitment policies training analysis and design, incentive programs, employee relations policies, labor law provisions , and various other HR related activities and seminars. She is innovative in various fields of consultancy methods including seminars, workshops, job profiling, and HR practices. She is involved in various capacities of recruitment processing, training programs, organization policies, rules, and regulations, and workflow procedures. Successful results in HR management and employee clarifications of work ethics, responsibilities and corporate goals. She has proven abilities in conducting various seminars and workshops in the areas of basic management, upper & junior management roles, staff control, internal communications, motivational and recognition applications, and the overall working environment.

4. Mohammad Ismail

Specialty: Project Management, and MS EPM Solution Implementation.
Mr. Mohammad Ismail has been in the computer industry since 1981, twelve years of them are in banking, exposing to most of the technical and managerial specialties such as Systems and Project Management, Systems Administration, Systems Analysis and Design, and Application Development. Mr. Mohammad had started building his experience as a developer in “Cairo Governorate”, after that he joined “Petroleum Co-operative Society Co.” and his last position was “Systems Analyst”. He acquired his banking experience at “Burgan Bank Kuwait” For 12 years, and his last position at Burgan Bank was “Systems Manager”. After he returned back from Kuwait, he joined “eSmartSoft Information Systems”, and his last position was “Solutions Director”. Currently he is working in “Techno Management” as “Senior Project Management Consultant”, and he is working in different project management consultancy services like EPM Solution Implementation, Project Management Methodology Development, and Project Management Training.

5. Mohammad Mohsen, PMP

: Project Management and Software Development
Mr. Mohammad Mohsen has been in the computer industry since 1999. He started in the information Technology Institute (ITI) IDSC, The Cabinet, Egypt. In the ITI He participated in developing a very strong payment gateway project. In 2000 he joined Internet Blocks as a web applications developer, and developed the well known portal In 2001, he joined EncuBE as a web applications developer, and worked in different positions like the technical team leader, Pre-sales, and finally shifted into project management by the end of 2002. In 2005, he joined Techno Management as a Project Manager, and worked in different project management areas like PM Training Courses, EPM implementation projects, PM methodology development, and project management. In Mid 2006, he joined GNSE Group as a project manager and he was responsible for implementing the full cycle of project management from initiation and customer requirements gathering to project delivery and closeout. In June, 2007 he returned back to Techno Management and continued his career as a project manager.

6. Amr Zahra

: Project Management, Operations Management
Mr. Amr has been in the field of data networks and networks infrastructure since 1986. He worked in multinational companies mainly SITA and EQUANT where he took over various regional positions where my main roles were managing network operations, auditing operational centers, technical and management training, project management in customers' networks. In 2001 he was appointed senior project manager for Airports' services by SITA Inc. in the Middle East and North Africa region. In 2003, he joined EgyNet where he spent 3 years as Service Delivery Director to get more exposed to the local market and to have a better career potential.
